TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: June 25, 2026

Welcome to our platforms. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "Subscriber") and our company regarding your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, advertising portals, and associated digital services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, registering for, browsing, or otherwise interacting with our Services, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our integrated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any provision set forth herein, you must immediately discontinue all use of our Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To fully access and utilize our Services, you may be required to register for an official user or corporate account. By establishing an account, you legally represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the complete regulatory and mental capacity to enter into a binding contractual framework.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete credentials during registration and to maintain the absolute security of your authentication passwords. Any transactional or analytical activity occurring under your assigned account remains your sole legal responsibility. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject, suspend, or terminate account access if any provided data is deemed fraudulent, inaccurate, or non-compliant.

2. Prohibited Uses and Code of Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities that compromise the integrity, compliance, and functionality of our infrastructure. When leveraging our Services, you expressly agree that you will not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary source codes, SDK layouts, or operational algorithmic variables.
  • Deploy automated scraping bots, crawlers, or extraction spiders without explicit, prior written corporate authorization.
  • Distribute deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized commercial communications, including malicious click-fraud schemes or programmatic spam.
  • Introduce malicious code injections, viruses, logic bombs, or execute denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) operations against our network layers.
  • Bypass or attempt to breach any authentication parameters, cryptographic firewalls, or user restriction matrices.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All operational components across our Services—including but not limited to source code, user interfaces, documentation, visual graphics, proprietary ad tracking mechanisms, structural data metrics, trademarks, logos, and mathematical frameworks—are the exclusive intellectual property of our company or its designated licensors. These properties are fully protected by international copyright, trademark, and industrial patent laws.

We grant you a highly restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable, fully revocable license to access and use our digital assets strictly for internal, non-commercial workflows, in total compliance with these Terms. No rights, ownership, or licensing privileges are transferred to you under this framework.

4. Advertiser and Publisher Obligations

If you are utilizing our programmatic digital services as a commercial advertiser, corporate partner, or publisher, you adhere to additional governance:

  • Data Compliance: You explicitly warrant that any tracking parameters, user segments, or analytical traffic metrics provided to us comply with local and international privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA).
  • Content Restrictions: Advertisements, marketing payloads, and promotional assets must be free from defamatory, fraudulent, explicit, or copyright-infringing content.
  • Financial Settlement: You agree to settle all accumulated advertising invoices, tracking fees, or network commissions according to specified payment milestones. Late payments are subject to mandatory interest accrual and programmatic account restriction.
  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our services are offered strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, statements, or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. We explicitly disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall our company, its directors, staff, or affiliated entities be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages. Such damages include, but are not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, business interruptions, revenue reduction, and reputational harm stemming from or related to your use of the services, or your inability to access them.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless our corporation, parent companies, subsidiaries, operational affiliates, and active directors from and against any third-party claims, legal liabilities, financial losses, regulatory penalties, court expenses, and attorney fees arising from your breach of these Terms, non-compliant misuse of data assets, or violation of any intellectual property rights of a third-party entity.

7. Severability, Governing Law, and Jurisdictional Venue

Should any provision or clause within these Terms be declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent legal tribunal, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining operational parameters, which shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of our registered corporate jurisdiction, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any official legal dispute or litigation arising from this contract shall be submitted to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the authorized state or federal courts located within our corporate headquarters region.

8. Framework Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole operational discretion, to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms of Service at any time. All modifications become legally binding immediately upon their digital publication on our public website or platform interfaces. Your continued utilization of the Services following structural updates establishes your formal consent to the amended framework.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your platform privileges, credentials, or corporate access at any time, without prior notice or liability, for behavior we deem a direct violation of these Terms or detrimental to other network subscribers.
